Corona virus is an unprecedented situation which is affecting the lives of everyone. As adults we are having to deal with tough times and changing our lives of ourselves and our families to adapt to social distancing or isolation. It is important to remember that children will also be finding this pandemic a challenge in many ways. It is of course important to home school where possible, but it is also just as important to take time out, reflect and engage in activities that help both yourself and your child(ren) to breathe and relax in difficult times.
