HEALTH AND WELLBEING HOME ACTIVITIES FOR FAMILIES – February 2021

 

Last summer term, our team compiled a list of health and wellbeing home activities to help school staff and families during lockdown. We have now revisited this list and made some additions that families may find useful during home learning.

 

The list includes links to physical activity resources, healthy eating resources, environmental resources and mental health resources to support young people and adults during this challenging time.
