In R1 we are becoming confident, competent and independent thinkers and learners. As part of our ‘Zero to Hero’ topic we have developed an awareness of their environment and learned about the diversity of people who live and work around us. We have developed positive attitudes and care. As our self-identity develops, we are beginning to express our feelings and to empathise with others. We are more aware of our own bodies and we have developed more mental and physical self control.
