Running club is for Year 5 & Year 6
When? : Thursday after school - finish 4.30pm
Where? : Meet in 4P then onto the field (large hall is raining)

Through running club you will be taught a variety of running techniques in order to improve endurance and stamina in a fun and non- competitive environment. The session will work through longer drills to improve running technique, interval training and longer distance running to develop endurance.
It is envisaged that Running Club will help you to develop and maintain fitness levels, whilst boosting individual performance and promoting an enjoyment of exercise as part of a healthy lifestyle.
The techniques you will be taught will help to strengthen core stability whilst improving co-ordination and performance!
