Week Four - Home learning for 25th January

It certainly isn't a blue Monday today as we have new, exciting superhero missions AND it is our Google Meets day...YIPPEEEEEEE!

We absolutely loved seeing you last week...those smiling faces and your enthusiasm truly brightened up our day. All of the Reception staff were thrilled to be able to say hello, play some games and were amazed at how well you did with the mute button!  This week we are delighted that we will be able to get together as a whole class so you can see all of your friends in class (Wednesday), and that we also get to spend some time with you in smaller groups today.

As you will have seen on the school Schoop on Friday:

Monday -  Group 1: Surnames A-K will have their session at 2:45-3:00 on Google Meets.

Group 2: Surnames L-Z will have their session at 3:00-3:15.

Wednesday - All children in the class to have their session together at 2:15-2:30 as we did last week.

Please log in as you did for your sessions last week using the Google Meet link on your Google Classroom page.

See you soon!

Mums and Dads – Another week has gone by and we hope that you are all doing well. A huge thank you for all your support, efforts and messages with your children’s learning. We know how difficult it is for so many of you to balance everything right now, and with that in mind we wanted to share with you the world of Charlie Mackesy. It may feel impossible but if you can find two minutes for yourself to take a look through some of his quotes (you can find many online or in his bestseller book – The Boy, the Mole, the Fox, and the Horse) it may give you that calm you may be craving, or the opportunity to reflect on the positives that you are finding hard to see right now. And if they don’t do either of these things…his quotes about cake always put a smile on our faces! We chose three to share with you that we think are perfect for so many parents right now…

Have a good week, you’ve got this!
