With the start of the new school year upon us, we would like to take this opportunity to provide you with a brief, but timely, reminder of the support that Cardiff Family Advice and Support can provide you with. 

Since being launched in April 2019, Cardiff Family Advice and Support has taken over 20,000 enquiries from both families and professionals and continues to develop and deliver new areas of support to meet their needs.

In addition to the information available on our website and mindful of how precious peoples time is, we have produced a 90 second animation to show what services we provide and how to access them. The animation can be viewed over the range of platforms shown below.

In addition, we deliver ‘the index’ for children and young people with disabilities or additional needs in Cardiff. The Index provides parents, carers and professionals with information about a range of support services, events and activities supporting children and young people with disabilities or additional needs. Your school Additional Learning Needs Coordinator will already receive regular updates and our Index e-bulletins.

In addition to the contact methods available on our website, we will soon be launching our online referral form and we will inform you of its availability when it goes live.
