A HUGE WELCOME to Rhiwbeina Primary School
from your PTA! 

Who are the PTA and what do they do?

The PTA is made up of parents from across the school. We run a series of events and fundraising activities to raise as much money as we can - from Colour Runs, discos and BBQ nights to Bath Christmas Markets and Camp Outs – we’re always up for trying something new!

This academic year over £10,000 will have been raised for the school.  This has paid for play equipment for the infant and junior yards, gifted art supplies to all year groups and helped improve the IT equipment in the school halls.

 

We couldn’t do this without our brilliant PTA Community and we’d love for you to be a part of it too.

How you can help:

 

There are many ways you can be a part of the community – this is as easy as following us on social media to volunteering at an event. You can give as little or as much of your time as you wish. Here’s some ways you can support us:

 

  1. Join our community WhatsApp – a forum where we share information about our events. Search for RPS FOR PTA.
  2. Follow us on social media - follow us, like and share our posts:

  1. Volunteer at an event – with plenty of options and time slots, it’s lots of fun and a great way to meet people!
  2. Sign up to EasyFundraising - choose to support Friends of Rhiwbeina where retailers give us donations when you shop with them.  Its FREE to you but is a great way to raise money. EasyFundraising

  4. Match funding - if you work for a company who offer ‘match funding’ please get in touch at rhiwbeinapta@gmail.com to find out how you can support us.
  5. Your School Lottery - if you can spare a £1 a week, please sign up to ‘Your School Lottery’ and choose Friends of Rhiwbeina. Your School Lottery
