It has been a week of exploring hot air balloon's and Christmas excitement in our classroom! Take a look at how busy R3 have been this week...
Arthur Elf brought us snow noodles from the North Pole. We made pictures with it!
We had a go at making our very own patterns using finger printing shape tips.
We cut out of catalogues things we think would make great presents!
It tested our scissor skills!
We wrote our Christmas wish lists.
We have been busy using our fine motor skills to decorate the tree.
Some of the decorations were fiddly!
Arthur got in a muddle trying to make tree decorations!
We made our own decorations for our class Christmas tree.
Our decorations took lots of time and talk to get them just right.
Arthur Elf showed us how to practise writing our HFWs!
We showed him we could do it too!
We took part in a balloon rocket experiment as part of Science.
This week we sorted coins... it has been tricky learning about money.
We love reading and sharing books in our book reading area!
We asked to use Christmas cutters with our playdough!
Exploring cause and effect in the tuff tray.
Making our own hot air balloons...
...we love painting!
Working on the iPads in class today too!
