This week has been so much fun, learning lots of new things! We have explored different materials, looked at teen numbers and started looking at coins!
We have been practicing our number formation.
If was lots of fun writing our numbers in coloured sand.
We have been looking at teen numbers, we used denes cubes to look at tens and units.
We know teen numbers are 10 plus units.
We made pirate jewels with our play dough.
We worked our fingers hard making lots of jewels.

After following our treasure maps last week we have been using real treasure for lots of our activities. We enjoyed exploring different materials this week and have begun to learn about their properties. We have explored floating and sinking in our play to find things that would be good to keep onboard a pirate ship. We had a fun end to the week with Comic Relief!
